Terms & Conditions
Vaporizers are designed, manufactured and sold as hot air extraction devices used and intended to be used in the fields of aromatherapy and naturopathy. The lawful and proper use of any Vaporizer or accessory is a required condition of sale.
By purchasing any of these devices you are representing that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you agree to follow the instructions contained herein and in any accompanying literature.
The improper use of these devices may void any applicable warranty. Any illegal use of this device could subject the user to severe fines, penalties and/or imprisonment under state and federal law.
Vaporizers are only to be used by someone knowledgeable in the fields of aromatherapy or naturopathy. Since many plants, botanicals and oils are toxic or poisonous, only legal, safe, known, identifiable and commercially developed and marketed essential oils, or botanicals should be used in any device purchased from this website. Keep these devices and all aromatherapy products out of the reach of children. Study this information, the product instructions, and all of the accompanying literature before using a Vaporizer or any oil or botanical.
The information contained in this disclaimer and any other cautionary instructions, and all of the documents and literature included with any Vaporizer was developed for informational purposes only. In no way is any of the information contained in these documents intended to be a medical or prescriptive guide or to be used for diagnosing or treating a health problem or disease. No oil, or botanical should take the place of any prescribed medication. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller, or their respective affiliates, directors, officers or shareholders, of any aromatherapy products on this website shall be held responsible for the misuse of the same or the misuse of any oil or botanical. You, the purchaser and/or user of this device, are responsible for your own use of such products.
If pregnant, nursing or diagnosed with epilepsy, a heart condition, allergies or other medical condition, seek the advice and assistance of a physician or trained health professional before using any Vaporizer or any oil or botanical. If you believe or suspect that you have a medical problem, promptly contact your doctor or healthcare provider.
How can I return something? All purchases are final once shipped. We only accept a return if a product has a manufactured flaw upon receipt, was damaged in transit or proves to be defective. Please reach out to us at email@example.com or call 425.894.6229 to notify us of the situation and we’ll arrange to make it right.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return items? Shipping accountability will be determined on a case by case basis. When approved, a credit memo will be issued on your account for the qualified returned value.
Do you offer exchanges? Any qualified returns will be resolved with an equitable exchange or credit memo issued on your account.
What are Unqualified Returns? Unqualified returns are discontinued items, new & working condition items, as well as used or soiled items. Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged or defective, you will be charged a small restocking fee & be responsible for shipping.
If I want to return something, how long will it take for my return to be processed? Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take less than 3 business days to process. You will receive email confirmations when your return case is closed.
DAMAGED GOODS, MANUFACTURE DEFECTS & ORDER DISCREPANCIES
What is considered a defective Item? A defect is a manufacturer error that prevents proper use and longevity. A defect is something not caused by the user.
I received a defective item, what do I do? All claims for manufacture defects must be made within 30 days from purchase. No exceptions. Please file a claim by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 425.894.6229.
I received a damaged package, what do I do? All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 3 business days from receipt. No exceptions. Please file a claim by contacting West Coast Distributors.
What if my order is not correct? Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please email email@example.com or call 425.894.6229. Please include your invoice number at all times when e-mailing customer service.
Normal order processing takeS between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
The following shipping methods are currently available and subject to change as we always seek to find the least expensive, yet most efficient, options for our customers:
Pre-Arranged Delivery: West Coast Distributors will hand-deliver orders with pre-arranged agreements. Please contact us to set up your personal, pre-arranged delivery service.
Free Shipping: Free Shipping is currently offered on wholesale orders over $500 (before shipping). Alaska and Hawaii are handled on a case by case basis.
Other Shipping Options:
UPS Standard Ground: usually 1-2 business days to ship along the West Coast and 2-3 days longer for other regions in the continental United States. Prices based on product weight.
UPS Second Day Air: Prices based on product weight. Second Day is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm Pacific time on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm Pacific time will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
UPS Next Day Air: Prices based on product weight. Next Day delivery is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm Pacific time on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm Pacific time will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Please note: some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground or Ship to Store available. We will contact you if there are any discrepancies.
Also please note: On a case by case basis, we may ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive within 1 - 5 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery.
What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?
For some items shipping within the U.S. an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
What Information is Collected?
When you visit West Coast Distributors you may provide us with two types of information: business information you knowingly choose to provide us with that is collected on an individual basis and secondly website use information collected as you and others browse West Coast Distributors. We will use the information that we collect on our site only to provide you with a faster and more efficient shopping experience. If you decide to purchase from West Coast Distributors, you will need to provide us with business information and electronic authorization to process your credit card through our website. For example, you may need to provide the following information:

- Shipping Address
- Email Address
- Credit Card Number
- Name on Credit Card
- Expiration Date
- Credit Card Billing Address
- 3-Digit Security CCV Code
- Telephone Number

None of this information will be ever be sold, shared, or traded to any other company.
If you choose to correspond with us via email, we will retain the content of your email message together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
How do we Protect You and your Information?
All of the information you enter on West Coast Distributors is transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. This secure layer provides up to 256 bit encryption for the most secure way of transmitting information on the internet. Financial information is never transmitted via email and is encrypted so that not even employees have access to your credit / debit / charge / e-check account number. Order information is stored in a password-protected area, only accessible by authorized personnel.
Privacy of Children
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use our web site and/or products. If you are under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with permission from your parents or legal guardians.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
